Delivery is charged at a flat rate of £1.99 for all orders in the UK. Anything outside of the UK will be charged at £5.
How long does my order take?
Our orders are print on demand. Clothing normally takes 2-3 working days but currently due to COVID takes 7 working days to produce and is sent via Royal Mail first class. On a rare occasion that your item hasn't arrived during that time we have to allow 10 days from dispatch for Royal Mail to deliver the item.
Please note that 99% of our orders shipped via Royal Mail and can take up to 10-12 working days to arrive. If your order has not arrived within this timeframe, please get in touch and we’ll look into it right away for you.
If your order is being shipped to a European or International destination, please note that they can sometimes take between 10-15 working days to arrive. Again your order has not been delivered within this timeframe, please get in touch and we’ll look into it right away for you.
3. How do I return my item?
Step 1: Email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number.
Step 2: Package up your returned item carefully and affix the returns address label provided once you log your order number. Please note this returns label is just an address label and does not cover any postage costs.
Step 3: Take your parcel to your local Post Office to arrange for them to send it to us. As the returned item is your responsibility until it reaches us, for your own protection, we do recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods such as Royal Mail Recorded Delivery.
As soon as we receive your returned item we will organise the exchange or refund for you the same day and email you to let you know that this has been arranged.
4. I have a faulty item, what shall I do?
Contact us right away at email@example.com stating your name and order number and we will resolve this immediately for you.
